Baking For Good is on its way to making improvements in the way we will be donating to our charities. We have consolidated our cause options in order to make a bigger impact on the charities we donate to and to create a better way for our customers to choose their cause. Each month, the accrued proceeds will be donated to one chosen charity for each cause category.
For now, we would like to take a look back at some causes that we have worked closely with in the past; one of which is Camp Sunshine, a children’s cause. Camp Sunshine is in its 28th year of providing support, happiness and overall, FUN to children with life threatening illnesses and their families.
“The year-round program is free of charge to all families, and includes 24-hour onsite medical and psychosocial support. Bereavement groups are also offered for families who have lost a child to an illness.” (Source: Camp Sunshine)
